Oversized novelty things excite me :)

So I totally want to make this Pencil Bike. I would love it so much to see it out the front of Red Brick or better still to ride it around town... doesn't look too hard.  Anyone out there handy with bike bits and building stuff, help make my giant novelty dreams come true :) :)
